Non-pressure plant piping and fabrication
Piping-related welding and fabrication for plant maintenance teams, limited to suitable non-pressure, non-structural work. HudArc reviews the service, material, and site requirements before accepting a piping request.
A defined scope before the first weld.
“Plant piping” can cover very different systems. We need to know what the assembly carries, whether it operates under pressure, and how it is used. Pressure-rated and structural work are not HudArc capabilities.
- 01
Non-pressure pipe assemblies
Fabrication or repair requests assessed against material, intended service, drawings, and the condition of the existing assembly.
- 02
Related metal fabrication
Guards, enclosures, brackets, and suitable non-structural supports associated with plant equipment.
- 03
Maintenance coordination
Work planning with your site contact around isolation, access, and hot-work requirements. No work on live, pressurized, or unidentified systems.

Tell us what needs work.
Send drawings or photos, material, dimensions, system contents, operating pressure, and applicable specifications. Include isolation and cleaning requirements, your site contact, and the available maintenance window.

Common questions
Do you weld pressure-rated process piping?
No. HudArc does not offer pressure-rated piping, pressure vessels, or certified pressure-system work. Requests must be suitable non-pressure, non-structural work.
Can you work on a live system?
No. The proposed assembly must be safely isolated and prepared, with its service and hazards identified before any work is considered.
Why do you need operating pressure and system contents?
Those details establish whether the work is within our scope and what preparation is required. If the request falls outside our capabilities, we will say so before scheduling.
