Agricultural equipment welding and repair

Metal repair for agricultural equipment, with mobile welding when the work cannot easily leave the property. HudArc reviews the damaged component and the equipment around it before confirming a practical repair.

Scope of work

Work on the part, not around the problem.

Agricultural equipment sees wear, impact, and repeated loading. Understanding what caused the damage helps decide whether welding, replacement, or a different solution is appropriate.

  • 01

    Guards, panels, and brackets

Suitable non-structural metal repairs and replacement pieces for damaged or worn equipment components.

  • 02

    Implement component assessment

Review of cracks, worn attachments, and previous repairs. Material, intended use, and manufacturer guidance determine what we can take on.

  • 03

    Mobile property visits

On-site welding where safe access, preparation, and isolation allow. Structural, lifting, hydraulic pressure-system, and pressure-rated work are excluded.

Before the visit

Tell us what needs work.

Include the equipment make and model, photos of the damage and assembly, material if known, and field or yard access. Remove debris and tell us about fuel, hydraulic lines, and other hazards near the work area.

Common questions

Can you weld equipment on a farm?

Yes, when the component and site conditions are suitable. We discuss vehicle access, fire risks, cleaning, and equipment isolation before the visit.

Can every cracked implement be welded?

No. Material, fatigue, loading, and manufacturer requirements can make a welded repair unsuitable. We assess the component before recommending work.

Do you repair hydraulic pressure systems?

No. Pressure-rated systems and structural or lifting components are outside HudArc’s scope. This service focuses on suitable non-structural metalwork.
